Congressman Dianne Black and 71 other Republican Cosponsors urged Congress to adopt a non-binding resolution condemning the Presidents recess appointments as soon as Congress returns back to Washington from its break.  She fails to explain why this needs to wait for Congressmen to retrun to town if Congress is really currently in session and not in recess.
